Here's how it works. Over a 30 day period, you will do five cycles of five days on, one day off. For each of those five days, you will be doing one breathwork audio (ranging from 10-30 minutes), depending on the week you're on (you will get a workbook with the schedule).
Over those five cycles, the total number of hours of life-changing breathwork you'll do amounts to about 10. I know it sounds crazy, but it's absolutely not (though by the end of the month it will probably feel like more, lol).
You also have the additional live integration circles (optional) which can tack on another hour each week. Those are totally up to you (though highly recommended).
