I help women regulate their bodies, reclaim their voices, and redesign their realities through the most powerful technology they’ve always had: their breath. And I help them amplify those truths through sovereign communications — so their message actually lands.
I’m Chelsea Eden Dubeau, founder of WOO Breathwork™, The Sovereign Shift™, and SOVARA™.
Seasoned communications professional. Breathwitch. Podcaster. Movement builder.
But identities aside, I’m a woman who once silenced herself to stay safe.
Who contorted to be liked, palatable, promotable.
Who chased success while quietly burning out in a body that couldn’t relax — even when everything “looked good” on paper.
After over a decade in media, marketing, and military communications, I began to see the deeper cost of staying small:
The sleepless nights
The stress-induced breakouts
The wine that turned into a crutch
The truth swallowed to avoid conflict
The body that held on to weight, no matter what I tried
The nervous system that never felt safe enough to rest, speak, or be seen
What changed everything wasn’t another strategy.
It was breath.
Through my own healing — through science, spirit, and embodied practice — I developed WOO Breathwork™, a modality designed not just to calm women down, but to wake them up. But breath alone wasn’t enough. Because when women step into spiritual service, they need more than self-healing. They need to translate their truth into words, offers, and visibility systems that don’t burn them out. That’s where my decade in communications comes in.
Now, I guide women through three octaves of healing:
Healing for self — regulation, reclamation, resilience
Healing for service — clarity, communication, sovereign visibility
Healing through Communications — strategy, systems, and launches that amplify your truth
Because visibility isn’t performance. Leadership isn’t hustle. And healing isn’t in the mind alone. If you’re a soul-led entrepreneur, a quiet leader, a recovering people-pleaser, or a powerful woman done overriding her body for success…
You’re not broken.
You’re not too much.
You’re not alone.
You’re simply ready.
To breathe. To rise. To serve. To be seen.
Because your breath is the revolution.
And your sovereign voice? That’s the uprising.
