“Breathwork” is a broad term, and not all approaches are the same.
Much of what people associate with breathwork today involves:

That is not the approach used here.
The Approach in This Library

This work does not include:
🥵 hyperventilation
😮💨 prolonged/forceful breath retention
🤯 provocative emotional release
Instead, it supports:
✅ parasympathetic activation
✅ grounding and containment
✅ continuity of regulation between sessions
This makes it appropriate for therapeutic, recovery, and wellness environments.
